Remove /rq, /hax, and other "fun" reconnect commands

What is your suggestion and how will it work?
CMDSet these commands to a higher rank (TrueBlood or Respected minimum) to curtail people using these commands to quickly reconnect and get back to spawn. There have been some incidents recently in which only 2 players were online, and one kept using /rq to restart the rounds. This behavior is unacceptable, and while they should be punished for it it would be much easier to just remove these commands altogether.
What are the advantages of your suggestion?
Less trolling/cheating using this command, as it does happen fairly often. Pretty much pointless commands at this point, and you'd have less people telling others to type /rq or /hax when they ask how to something.What are the disadvantages of your suggestion?
Some people may still like these commands, although I believe after this many years the joke is tired.
