This is a continuation (2nd Part) of my Guide for Mobile players.
Hellow Everyone! I am Ninjazz and In this part I will cover some prorun tips and tricks i have learned soo far.
- INTRODUCTION -
According to my knowledge, ping works very differently from how it works for desktop players. (Sharing my personal experience)
I have noticed that when i play on Mobile my ping is in a range of 110-180 ms. While on PC/laptop my ping is in a rank of 80-100 ms.
- Examples -
Their are many Prorun videos that will help both PC and Mobile but things are a bit different for mobile players.
First clip in this video is the best example of how latency works for mobile players -
Here is an example of a PC player who has same ping -
The thing here is i would have died a 100 times if i were this close to zombies.
- TIPS AND TRICKES -
If you haven't read the Part 1 of this guide i would recommend it. (https://newbloodcommunity.boards.net/thread/2132/guide-settings-mobile-players-ninjazz)
If you have let's continue,
1. Sensitivity plays an important role for making sudden/unexpected/fake turns.
My sensitivity is 55 and i would not recommend to set it any lesser than 50.
PC sensitivity is already good so they dont have to change it (unless they are too lazy to not want to move their mouse much ) but mobile players has to slide their thumb more and more at default sensitivity.
2. Keeping more distance than usually, as internet is not really stable on mobiles (lag spikes) so i would suggest not to take any chance and maintain as much distance as you can.
3. Avoid moving your screen too much, to not do that staying near corners or edges of maps would be better as it is easy to keep an eye on 3 directions.

[ What if you are being chased ? ]
[ For that i would recommend to run diagonally and straight if you are pretty far away from the zombie, and make a sharp and safer turn before you reach the edge as the zombie will predict that you make a turn any time. ]
4. Avoid chatting...
Sharing my personal experience, chatting while playing have made me loss a lot of trueblood challenges and rounds I could have easily won. Because on Mobile we can't see much of sides as it raises the FOV upto 150-160 because of the keyboard and if zombies sneaks through the corner you wont even notice.
Example - files.catbox.moe/t4x5u8.jpg
5. Freestyle running, this is a good way to improve your jumping, getting control over your movements and learn fake turns.
6. There is another thing you should avoid which is Panicking while getting chased.
Here is an example -
Perplex is very good map for training purpose. I made many mistakes in the video above because I panicked and missed many 1 block jumps.
7. Video above showed what happens when we panic, now in this video I want to show how a smooth run looks like -
Even though there are still mistakes in the video but lets utilise it -
-> If you see carefully, I don't move my screen repeatedly or too much, or whenever I do I am not very close to a jump because to move screen i have to leaving the jump for few seconds and I will of course miss a jump if I don't get the time to click jump button.
-> Rotate screen while jumping, I don't know if you have noticed this or not but a player can move their screen while jumping (pressing the jump button).
-> I took a very sharp turn inside that building, the zombie here was just chasing me rather than trying to predict my moves, if there was any 30+ level player i might have been infected.
-> I tried my best not to get stuck in jumps and played calmly.
-> Whenever I got stuck somewhere or hit a block i did not panicked as I had enough time get away from the zombie.
-> If you didn't noticed, I am running mosting near walls and my camera is in the opposite direction (diagonally) because a zombie isn't gonna Noclip through wall and get me.
-> Keeping an eye on zombie(s), I have noticed that new players especially mobile player runs straight in any direction or any open place they see and get infected which is understandable. But I would recommend to keep looking at zombies at times when you think you should take a sudden/fake turn.
8. Being unpredictable, players over level 30+ will sometimes easily guess whether you are gonna take a turn or not, also how do you kill humans those are some basic things that will be covered in the tutorials below -
