laboratory and duplex re-re-resubmission

Hello Xen , it seems like you're back at it again with maps to submit! It's been a while since you last submitted a map, so first I would like to say thanks for taking the time to resubmit these maps. See you said that you don't really want anything to be remade so all of these are just my thoughts about this map and some suggestions.

Laboratory:

I like the rooms you made for the laboratory. It fits the theme and I gotta say, you done well for making it a laboratory. The outside section looks pretty as well, however the parkour on the tree at (12, 39, 18) is a bit too rewarding. You can go inside of a room and basically makes it impossible for other zombies to go on there. The fact that you can go onto the roof and go basically anywhere is a bit too overpowered (20, 42, 19) 

There are many parts that could be accessible through jumping off from the roof that are not accessible without it. Some sections are
-> (44, 33, 59) a blank section, and a stuck spot.
-> (30, 36, 50) will confuse most zombies as to get to there you have to go all the way around the map and through the parkour.
-> (5, 35, 12) going on the targets is quite risky but is also very rewarding, as zombies, again will get confused.
I would recommend either making the parkour easier or make the roof inaccessible.

The vents are pretty well balanced, as two or three zombies can easily track you down in the events and leave you no choice but to die, but it is also a good way to get from one side to the other. It's pretty much a high-risk high-reward operation.

I think that the wood door at spawn should be replaced with a stone or any other material as wood doors are pass-through except for this one. Just personal preference though. If you do not wish to fix all of these, make sure to fix the following: Roof section

That's it for laboratory, solid map, could be worked on but it's a good open map in general. I'm excited to see this map back on rotation!

Duplex:

Love the symmetrical map and I love the section in the middle. It makes the map not just a apartment/house-like map. Lots of spots are great for hiding, and you could probably survive a long time hiding in one place. I like the fact that you didn't just /rotate and /paste the other side, but you made it a bit different and different corners have different structures to hide and play in. 

Seems like nothing really is wrong with this map, as I haven't seen any things that gives you an OP spot. The underground section seems to be balanced as there is only one entrance/exit but a large maze-like section that people could easily hide and get away with being spotted.
