Staff Rank Update - Phase 1
Due to the steady decline in staff members, we are releasing the biggest staff rank update we've ever done. This is the first phase of the update and will be adding more onto this in the foreseeable future.
• We have removed Supervisor - the limited responsibilities it had have been delegated to the Manager rank.
• Managers - Managers will deal with map submissions and mentor and help out Operators alongside helping the Admin team choose Helpers.
• We have repurposed Moderator - we have created a trustworthy player rank called 'Helper'. To see more information on this, visit here: newbloodcommunity.boards.net/thread/1396/get-helper-rank
• Applications - you will now apply for the Operator rank instead. With this update, what we expect of you has increased and if we don't think you are ready but could make a good addition to the Helper rank, we may offer this opportunity to you.
• U-Turn on Player Council - we briefly introduced applications for the Player Council. However, with the introduction of Helper we believe that these two can be merged.
