Note: As this idea might be controversial in the nb community, this is a optional idea that the staff can do if they want find a way to get rid of the problem of vote influencers in chat if they really be needing to for a long time.

What is your suggestion and how will it work?
The idea is that when the round ends and the map vote choices are shown up, normally people can vote and most of the time either people are striking conversations or in this case of the side of the coin, people either being ironic (like me) or seriously trying to get a map they want next round, but that ends now with this new idea.
Now what happens to avoid the map influincing problem is that, you can no longer type and the irc messages no longer show ingame, even if you are trying to type a message in the chat then the server displays that "you're unable to talk during a map vote!" or something, and the only thing you can still do is to vote.
the human/zombie teams, player teams, inbox, @ message and just public chat are affected and disabled by the map vote, not letting anyone speak to avoid people spamming 1,2 or 3.
however there's a special case for the irc on discord , when the map vote starts in classicube, it sends to the irc bot to alert everyone in the discord text channel that players are unable to speak during map vote and unable to get the irc messages in-game until the vote is finished, afterwards when the map vote is done, the chat is set back to normal and people are unmuted to talk agian. (OPTIONAL: or when the map vote starts in classicube, it sends to the irc bot (and if it's possible) and the bot can disable the ability for people in the channel to speak in the irc channel to avoid the problem said below, when map voting ends everything goes back to normal, the bot renables the ability for people in the channel to speak in the irc channel.)
What are the advantages of your suggestion?
It can stop people from keeping on map influencing as some people are annoyed about it and let people do their own choices
What are the disadvantages of your suggestion?
It can annoy people when their conversations end all the sudden or it annoys the toxic, experinced, and greedy (or just people that want to be funny and shit with the vote) people that want to rule the map vote and spam numbers, or even in irc, the smartest of people can group up together on discord on another window or device and spam what map they want in the chat while everyone not witnessing it ingame off discord votes.

Like I have said, this is a optional idea and the staff can do this if they wanted to, and as a recurring thing in my suggestions in here, I'm happy for the staff to tweak afew things for the final cut and see what sticks on the wall, when i discussed this with zingan before actually (shoutouts to him) he left me on a "cliffhanger" saying that something simular is in the server code but not enabled. However do be aware, if you do change what type of chat people can type into during a map vote, the smartest group of people can rally to rig the votes.
