Step 1. Download Mono or Wine, I have tried both of these softwares and I personally prefer Mono. The link to Mono is; click here and navigate to the OSX download. and navigate to the OSX download.
Step 2. Once you've downloaded the software you open it up in the downloads hotbar on the mac and download the program. It will take you through a few pages. Introduction > Read Me > License > Destination Select (Macintosh HD is preferable) > Installation Type, from here it should install the software, and now you can close all this configuration.
Step 3. It does not matter where this step goes, but download the actually game so go to the front page of ClassiCube.net and download the Linux/OSX download, this takes up 401.17KB for your information, once you've downloaded it, leave it in the downloads section.
Step 4. The next step you will need to open up Terminal if it is not already on your hotbar you can find it on Finder on the hotbar (this looks like a smiley face if you are not familiar with the mac). Once you've opened up the Terminal you type in
cd downloads
cd release
mono launcher.exe Step 5: There you go, done! You can now navigate to Zombie Survival or Map Build!
UnknownShadow200 , after I do all the steps and put in what i need to in the terminal on separate lines.. i get notification saying "Got a SIGSEGV while executing native code. This usually indicates a fatal error in the mono runtime or one of the native libraries used by your application.
UnknownShadow200 , alright I'll do a step by step on what I do! 1. click the link for mono 2. go thru all the pages to download mono 3. download the OSX 4. open terminal 5. type in cd downloads, cd release, mono launcher.exe (of course not in the same line) and then it leads me to "mono quit unexpectedly" saw something about debug? I used to do this all the time but the last part never popped up till these last few months
