What area of New Blood are you suggesting this for?
Zombie Survival
What is your suggestion and how will it work?
Basically nerfing Invis potions
So ive heard people wanting invis gone, even the stoned_up map got updated so its goodbye message changed to anti-invis propaganda, and all of it inspired me for an idea for the team if they dont really want to remove the potion.
How it works is that now you can only have one invis potion to drink for humans, so you should use it wisely now like revival potions, and for zombies, ive seen some of them keeping on abusing it to catch players like jordy (classic1234) so we should probably let the potion be human exclusive like the TBC (True Blood's Challenge).
What are the advantages of your suggestion?
to maybe sort out the problem of the recent invis-potion abusing and the "protests" going on, and helps making some players to cope with lesser annoying when they're zombies.
What are the disadvantages of your suggestion?
since its a one chance potion now, unexperienced players might have trouble if they didn't use it wisely.
Invisibility is the most op mechanic in the game if you know how to utilize it correctly. Definitely agree it needs to be nerfed in some shape or fashion.

Just something I've mentioned in #discussion but some people might have missed: sometimes I use invisibility not to avoid a zombie or to catch a human but so that other players don't follow me down less conspicuous paths like secrets, which is why I strongly believe both humans and zombies should have 1 invisibility potion per round minimum.
Nerfing it down to one use a round could certainly work, whilst also introducing some level of skill to going invisible, as it encourages people to only use save it and use it well every round, instead of being open to constant usage. However it has to be considered that the zombie invis potion was introduced as a potential counter towards the Human Invis potion, and by fully removing the zombie invis this potential counter is lost. If both were limited to 1 usage, it encourages human's to only use it when desperately needed, and for zombies to save it for the one instance when a human may invis on them.
I don't know, I mean, I feel as if this will even widen the gap between the good players and the not so good players more. I mean, all the players I have heard wanting invisible potions removed are the good players so far, and it just feels like they are wanting this so they don't die while playing it at all. I mean, invisibility potions were first brought in to both give the game a bit of a spice and variety, and to give the not so good players of both sides a chance to get the better players even if it is a little chance.
I just feel like doing this will feed even more into the (IMO) toxic view of some elitist players that they should be the best and the others shouldn't, and I don't think that's something we want? Maybe I might be wrong but that is the impression I got from talking to more than a few of the "good" players.
I'm just saying, I'll go with the majority but, let's make sure we are doing this for the right reasons. Is that too much to ask?
