There is definitely some elements to appreciate here, and I'll start with the pros. I think this map makes good use of its structures; the layout alludes to a strong pro-run map, but also has parkour sections within the buildings. This is a good idea to make the map appealing to multiple player bases. There are also plenty of avenues of a human to escape with, and the zombies could similarly develop a fun strategy dipping in and out of the buildings and trees. Allowing access to the tops of trees and buildings is a great step in elevating the map.
However, I have a few cons I must divulge. Firstly is the map texture and environment; while standard block textures can be appealing in certain cases, I don't believe it works in your favor. The map has a mystical, wintery feel to it with the snow falling, but the standard blocks make it feel a bit cheap. Do some research into texture packs, they would likely go a long way in making the map feel more immersive. Similarly, the horizon texture is plain white. Standing on top of buildings and trees, all a player sees is an expanding shade of white nothingness. Thus similarly makes the map feel a bit hollow - I would recommend lengthening the distance of the horizon to make it less disorienting, or changing the color away from the bright white.
Moving onto the map structure, the green grass borders should be raised, and not accessible. Jumping on top of them, a human can easily do the dreaded circular lap, which make it's that much harder for a zombie to secure a kill. I would also look into opening the map a bit - you certainly have the room for it, and the buildings make it a feel a bit cramped. The secret ice section is also very underwhelming. It's just a flat area of ice to run around in, and could be changed. Perhaps add ice parkour to make it more enticing to head there, I see no real advantageous reason a human would travel there. Lastly, try to work on the surrounding environment. The water in between the secret and the main area has nothing in it, apart from random ice blocks that seem to have been placed with no real rhyme or reason.
Going to decline this for now, but look into adding some of these changes I mentioned and be sure to submit again soon!
