This is a beautifully built parkour course. Brilliant terraforming, well-built caverns in general. The parkour is well-incorporated into the environment, so the jumps don't feel out of place. I'm a huge fan of the water-lava interface jump, I don't think I've seen that before, or at least it's rarely a focus on any ZS map. It's well designed in the sense that the parkour difficulty increases over the course of the map, with some very insane (yet creative) jumps at the very end.
There are a few modifications I'd like to see before accepting this map. Some of the caverns have flat parts, e.g. (103, 11, 129) which I feel could be shaped to be more cavern-like, in line with the rest of the map. An extra aesthetic touch would be to use ore blocks. I'd also like the sections to be more reversible - if I'm not wrong, there are some sections that once I enter, I can't reverse, which presents a problem for an ahead zombie. Finally, I'd recommend a checkpoint just before the section at (188, 11, 159) as those are two (in my opinion) difficult sections in a row.
