Staff Review Summary - 6th of July 2022
From the 13th of June to the 27th of June a feedback form was open where you could give any feedback you have to the staff team. On the 6th of July it was compiled and sent to the staff team, and today a summary was written of what was gathered from the staff review last month, and what the plans going forward are in relation to these points.
There were good points brought up on the general performance of the staff team and individually, both positive and negative. An overall summary of how the responses were, was that things are good, but still a lot of points that need to be worked on, both individually and as a group.
A lot of positive points were aimed towards for example the reports, as well as some saying they feel that things are gradually becoming better and better.
Simultaneously, perhaps the most important part, the criticism which we can use to improve from, was largely aimed at two things - firstly, the activity, which some feel is lackluster at times. It’s a fair concern, so we will look into tracking activity much more, and ensuring that staff do feel motivated to maintain good activity, whilst also discussing with staff more when activity might be falling off a bit.
The other concern that was raised by a lot of players, was the lack of management, which obviously is even more apparent now after Bruce’s resignation. To resolve this we will obviously be looking to get new managers, and in order to overall improve the quality of the staff team across the board, not only in regards to manager responsibilities, we will be going through with a fair few additions of staff training methods that hopefully will help improve the quality of the staffing, as well as ensure that players are able to reach the ranks they are capable of and want to achieve.
