Q: what is your username?
A: pascalos, nick = mop
Q: What timezone are you in?
A: GMT+2 ( I sleep late tho)
Position Questioning
Q: What are your strengths, and how will you apply these to staffing?
A: Strength yes I have a lot of it; I can open a jar with one hand, remember the entire lyrics of any highschool musical songs, landing a bottleflip 70% of the time. To apply these I guess I will do these whilst playing? I don’t understand why they have to apply but okay.
Q: What are your weaknesses, and how are you attempting to improve on them?
A: My weakness is answering staff appeals, nothing gets me more nervous other than writing an appeal, naturally I tend to stress out too much in such a situation and write gibberish. My attempt to improve my issue is proactively writing staff appeal forms.
Q: How would you treat various cultures and beliefs that are different from your own?
A: I go along with nearly every culture, but beliefs are different. Talking from the standpoint as a man who has studied New economic realities and has studied the international economics book, I have 300 IQ to answer such a question. Someone who has mercantilist views with trade & other subjects such as tariffs, quotas and barriers, says that such ideas help stimulate other economies are pigs. I would disagree, as a supporter of free-trade, as we see recent Chinese and American tariffs which are due to wanting to have a higher domestic market do not help stimulate economies and make it harder for the consumer. Whilst free-trade is less chaotic and helps support other economies as well and does not end in a zero sum-game, Thus for that reason I can not apply to such views as my sourceful research says that such statements are incorrect. But yeah for the rest of the views I would stay respectful unless it's too extremistic.
Q: What course of action would you take if a player has griefed a construction?
A: I have a feeling that the gameplay of New Blood is not refreshing enough, for the first case of grieving I would offer a different nicer experience for the player than to lamely revert the map back & give advice on trusting others. In my case if I had the authority and did not require the help from a manager (who would help me) I would grief the map further and mute the player so that they can not complain too much. Then to make it more exciting for the player I would also mute them in discord and have them require extra effort for exposing my prank and then help him/her after so that everyone is happy .
Q: What course of action would you take if there is an argument?
A: a mute for 1 player based on a coin flip, 7 days minimally.
Q: What course of action would you take if you notice a member of staff has been giving bloodbags to their friend without a legitimate reason?
A: The most logical action is to see who did it first, because some people you can blackmail into giving you something. But it also depends on reasoning, maybe the staff wanted to increase inside spending, instead of the saving ideologies most players have now due to no product interest. With increased bloodbags inflation will occur thus possibly products at lower prices become more attractive to the player. But if it was a completely normal staff in bb giving situation I’d probably do a coinflip on it, there's not much to spend on it anyway.
Q: Who are your references for this position?
A: M_beat (respected player), Mojang CEO (My dad), Subelectronic (I assume, I haven’t asked yet)
