Staff Promotion Process
Operator
To become a Moderator you must apply on the forums, using the template provided, following all requirements. Your application will be up for a minimum of 24 hours whilst it is decided if you will be trialled. If your application is declined, you must improve on why you were declined and you are able to reapply in a week, minimum. If you are accepted onto a trial, the trial will last 1 week.
Once the week is over, you will have a short questionnaire to fill out on how you think you did on your trial and what you think you could improve. It will then be discussed with Management about your performance, and a decision will be made to pass your trial, fail your trial or extend your trial another week. You will receive feedback on what you can improve regardless of the outcome of your trial. You will be given an Operator test a few months into your time as staff to see how you are doing, the pass mark is 70/100. If you do not meet the pass mark you may be relieved to Helper.
Manager
You must be approached by the Administration to apply for your Manager Poll. This is done by filling out the Manager Poll template and posting an application on the forums. Your poll will then be live for 3 days for the public to vote. You need 75% to pass and be promoted to Manager. You will receive some feedback on your results for things you can improve. If you do not pass the public vote, you must wait until the Administration allows you to apply again.
Administrator
You may be specifically chosen by other members of the Administration to join the Admin team. This role is for highly dedicated and involved individuals.
